- Payment information: Payment card details, billing address, and transaction history. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: Messages sent through in-app chat, support requests, ratings, reviews, and feedback.
- Ride details: Pickup and drop-off locations, ride preferences, scheduled ride information, and special instructions.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Location data: Precise GPS location when the app is in use. For drivers, location may also be collected in the background while online to match you with ride requests and provide real-time tracking to riders. Location is essential to provide ride-hailing services.
- Device information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, mobile network information, and app version.
- Usage data: App interactions, features used, crash logs, performance data, and diagnostic information.
- Camera and photos: If you choose to upload a profile picture or verification documents, we access your device camera or photo library with your permission.

- Authentication data if you sign in using third-party services.
- Map and routing data from mapping service providers.
- Payment confirmation from payment processors.

- Service providers: Third parties that help us operate the Service, including cloud hosting, payment processing, push notification services (such as OneSignal), mapping and navigation (such as Google Maps), analytics, and customer support tools.
- Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Go, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
